The AGS Annealer was designed by Stefan, a competitive shooter who wanted consistent brass without the bench clutter. AGS Custom is a family-run business, built by shooters for shooters. We build the machine we wanted to own.

Why we build it this way
AGS was built around a straightforward idea: give shooters a dedicated annealing process that's repeatable, practical and easy to work into the bench.
No unnecessary complexity. Just control over the variables that matter in the annealing process: a 6" × 6" footprint, a digital PWM controller you set once, and a cartridge insert system that swaps in under a minute.
Every unit is built from aircraft-grade aluminum on a #16 ga stainless steel chassis, and we stand behind the hardware for life.
